Indigenous Clays and Methods
(Belize, 2008)
Using indigenous clays and methods of the ancient Mayans,
Ellis students worked alongside archeologists who specialized
in Mayan ceramics and insisted on the students authentication
in terms of tools, symbolism and Mayan transcription.
